Hybrid working patterns are available, with onsite attendance expected 2 to 3 days per week to

collaborate with colleagues, customers and production teams.Essential experience of the Programme Manager - Delivery Extensive experience managing large, complex heavy engineering programmes from design through to manufacture and delivery.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and project controls practices.Proven experience leading and developing high-performing project delivery teams.Demonstrable experience delivering customer contracts within complex engineering, manufacturing, energy, aerospace or defence environments.Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at senior leadership and customer levelQualifications for the Programme Manager - Delivery Essential:Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.Recognised project management qualification such as APM Project Management Qualification, Chartered Project Professional, or equivalent.Desirable:Additional programme management, leadership or commercial management
