Indra is the central program driving the introduction and safe scaling of AI at Deutsche Bank. Focus is to identify AI potential across various banking operations, driving funded use cases into production to create value and confidence and scale across the bank, creating selected shared services with embedded safety to enable low cost scale, developing an AI Workbench for developers for safe AI development at pace, and introducing AI controls whilst aiming to maintain time to market.This role leads the delivery of complex programs across multiple Agile teams, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes. It combines hands-on delivery leadership with strong financial oversight, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. roles and responsibilities of each of stream within the programmeLeading and managing multiple cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful delivery of complex programs within scope, time, and budgetDriving end-to-end program delivery by planning, tracking, and managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple workstreamsCollaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders to align on priorities, requirements, and deliverablesOverseeing budgeting and financial forecasting to ensure optimal use of resources and cost-effective delivery. Building a framework to track AI value realization and productivity gains as part of the wider program objectivesDeveloping and maintaining robust tracking and reporting (primarily in Excel and other appropriate platforms) to provide transparent, accurate views of delivery milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, and benefits for effective governance and decision-making.Your skills and
