Salary: £40,368 - £45,453

Business and Professional Services as part of Burnley College is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Uniformed Public Services team. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Programme Leader to promote and provide an excellent learning experience which ensures high achievement for all students.
The successful candidate will ideally possess a degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline and a recognised teaching qualification. As well as this, they should have Knowledge of current issues in any uniformed Public services relating to the curriculum area.
As well as teaching effectively on a range of programmes across the Division's Curriculum, you will be expected to thoroughly plan and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching, to accurately assess and monitor learner work to ensure high achievement and progression, and to provide effective tutorial and pastoral support.
The salary for this post is £40,368 - £45,453.
