Program Manager (f / m) (2-years contract)

As part of the MEU Transformation & Strategy Team, you are responsible for the management of strategic, transformational & cross functional projects. You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project's readiness to go live. How you will contribute You will:

• Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
• Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go live
• Identify,assessand mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessary
• Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriatemethodologyand tools
• Communicate program-level reporting and status updates
• Develop the resources on your team. You will also coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization
• Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
• Lead budget management, resourceplanningandutilization
• Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
• Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

• Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members

• Deep knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
