Program Management Senior Analyst - Assistant Vice President

• Plan, direct and coordinate day-to-day program activities Analyze requirements, conduct gap analysis, and review business cases with stakeholders Finalize project plans and track progress toward on-time delivery Gather, review and analyze data requirements using advanced techniques Engage end users to elicit needs and secure approvals from sponsors and operations Translate Functional Requirements into Business Requirements and ensure alignment with technology Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes or mock-ups Collaborate with Technology, Product and Operations to prioritize delivery Apply strategic business process modelling, traceability and quality management methods Lead analysts and testers to deliver system enhancements for multiple cash projects Communicate project status and risk, and prepare post-project reports and lessons learned Adhere to regulatory requirements and implement best standards across regional/global teams Develop program plans, benefits management, stakeholder plans, acceptance plans, and issue logs Assess subordinate performance and recommend personnel actions Assess risk in business decisions and uphold compliance and ethical standards Work with multi-region teams to implement uniform standards Tasks Several years of experience in finance-related project/program management Proven experience in a professional management role Key requirements generous holiday allowance; starting at 27 days annual performance-related bonus private medical insurance pension plan paid parental leave learning and development resources
