Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Professional Placements Administrator who will work as a member of the Professional Placements team to provide effective support to the Placement provision across the Professional Programmes.

You will be educated to GCSE level or NVQ level III in an appropriate subject e.g. Customer Service or Business Administration or possess equivalent experience. You will have excellent IT skills, communication skills, organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, whilst working to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience of working with University systems such as Banner, and experience of working with database systems would be advantageous.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post.

This role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.

The maternity cover post will be available from the 1st June 2026 until the 31st May 2027 on a full time basis (36.25 hours per week).
