Full Job Description
We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative Lecturer/Teacher to lead our teams of Professional Learning Coaches across CCG. We are looking for highly motivated members of staff who are driven to continue going beyond 'outstanding'. You will work closely with Vice Principals, the Head of Talent and Development, Heads of Learning and Teaching and Learning Managers to coordinate development opportunities and to work across the CCG to inspire and promote a culture of engagement in developmental opportunities. You will aspire to be at the forefront of the latest research and developments in teaching, learning and assessment.
Applicants should note that Professional Learning Leads are expected to contribute to cross college training and development as part of the work of Professional Development and to undertake other duties relevant to the CCG's teaching and learning improvement strategy.
