Professional Lead of Radiography

This is a high-impact senior leadership position at the heart of Radiology. You will:

• Lead and develop Radiography and Diagnostics services across the Trust
• Champion innovation, service transformation, and continuous improvement
• Drive high-quality, patient-centred care and safety
• Provide professional leadership and a strong voice for radiographers locally and across the ICS
• Oversee performance, governance, workforce strategy, and financial stewardship
• Act as the Trust's lead for radiation protection and IR(ME)R compliance
• Working closely with senior clinical and operational leaders, you'll ensure our services remain high-performing, sustainable, and forward-looking, delivering outstanding care every day.
