Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact communications, marketing, engagement and evaluative strategies to support the delivery of high-quality professional learning across our Trust. This is a pivotal role at the centre of our professional development infrastructure, ensuring that programmes run efficiently, stakeholders are well-informed, and data is used intelligently to strengthen impact and future development. You will work closely with all functions within GLF including GLF's Teaching School Hub to coordinate, promote and evaluate a wide range of professional development programmes, including internal and nationally accredited professional development. Be part of our small and friendly team in a trust committed to evidence-informed professional development for all colleagues, regardless of their role.

GLF currently has 35 schools in the primary phase, and 8 secondary schools. Our schools span a wide area, including Oxfordshire, Wokingham, Surrey, Croydon and West Sussex.
