Ensure operational readiness: Train teams to brand standards and support new/existing franchisees. Deliver on-site coaching and support during openings, relaunches, and interventions. Implement productivity improvements: Reduce waste and optimise processes. Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations. Lead change management and transformation initiatives.   Experience in food service or franchise training (fresh food retail preferred).
Proven background in operations, transformation, or continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to influence at all levels and willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
