Full Job Description

We are seeking a Productivity Business Partner to support on-account teams in realising maximum efficiency across the business. The role focuses on data capture, analysis, measurement and maintenance, alongside physical auditing of productivity programmes deployed within accounts., We are looking for an individual who can work in a matrix delivery environment, engaging and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels. The role will interface closely with operational colleagues, account leaders, programme managers and frontline teams to ensure productivity programmes are delivered, monitored and aligned to agreed plans.,

  • Support and deliver data capture and cleansing within agreed productivity areas.
  • Audit sites where productivity programmes are in place to identify gaps and required rectifications.
  • Develop rectification plans and manage delivery through others to bring sites in line.
  • Work with programme leads to report progress against agreed milestones.
  • Support and train site teams on productivity improvement activities and programmes.
  • Facilitate programme delivery through engagement with key operational stakeholders.
  • Report progress, obstacles and key milestones to senior leadership, including the Managing Director.
  • Support the delivery of required financial benefits to the business or customer.

    Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly proficient spoken and written English.
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Experience in facilities management, either outsourced or insourced.
  • Tenacity, determination, pragmatism and sound judgement.
  • Flexibility and mobility, with some county-wide travel required.
  • Customer service experience and a strong service-led mindset.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise activities effectively.
