Role Overview Based at one of our key manufacturing hubs, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality fabricated components. As a Production Welder, you will ensure consistent, excellent welding across various materials and products, supporting the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities ️ Weld
primarily mild steel components to a high standard
Work with a range of materials including sheet, hollow section and pipe
Produce components for process engineering and utility-based projects
Handle various material thicknesses with precision
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Operate effectively within a fast-paced production environment
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
Operate forklift trucks and overhead cranes (training provided if required)
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area Essential Skills Proven MIG welding experience
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Good planning and organisational abilities Desired Personal Attributes Ability to work efficiently under pressure
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Clear and effective communication skills
