Full Job Description
As a Production Technician, you will manufacture life-saving pharmaceuticals, including antibiotics and chemotherapy. You will support all aspects of cleanroom production, ensuring strict compliance with our Manufacturing License and Quality Systems.,
- Manufacturing: Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products following SOPs.
- Labelling & Dispensing: Label all products according to exact specifications.
- Cleanroom Operations: Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques.
- Sanitisation: Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards.
- Monitoring: Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning.
- Environment: Comfortable working on your feet while wearing specialized cleanroom PPE/gowns.
GMP Knowledge: Essential understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (or equivalent hygiene/safety standards from other industries). - Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Skills: High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

- Food manufacturing or processing
- Cosmetics or medical device production
- Chemical or laboratory environments Nice-to-Haves (Preferred but Not Essential)
- Prior knowledge of aseptic compounding techniques.
- An understanding of cleanroom requirements, behaviors, and activities. #IND-UKOPS
- Full Training Provided: No prior pharmaceutical experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, step-by-step training on all equipment, safety protocols, and compounding processes.
- Formal Sign-Off: You will receive full technical sign-off as you master each process, helping you safely build a long-term career in pharmaceuticals. What We Offer
- Starting Salary: £26,436.80per annum.
- Shift Allowance: £45.35 per week.
- Hours: Mon-Fri rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 and 13:00-21:00).
- Note: Flexibility is required to work standard day shifts during your initial training period so please ensure you can be flexible to do this before making an application Benefits Package
