Production Technician

We're looking for you to help us prepare, manufacture, and inspect compounding medicine. We support all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilization, inventory control, environmental monitoring, and non-conformance resolution, to ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements. Monday to Friday, rotating one-week shifts. Main Shift: 3 pm until 11 pm (Twilight shift), with the flexibility to work from 7 am until 3 pm and 10 am until 6 pm. • Perform equipment checks.
• Manufacture all product types.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Control isolator inventory.
• Meet turnaround times.
• Sanitise equipment and components following SOPs.
• Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance, and testing.
• Select, prepare, and sanitize raw materials.
• Report sanitisation deviations.
• Facility Monitoring.
• Clean and maintain all areas.
  
  GCSE or equivalent English & Mathematics.
• Previous experience in a GMP environment would be a plus but not required.
• Ability to work with computers is required.
• Good oral/written communication.
• High attention to detail is required to succeed in the role.
