Production Technician

Completes tasks for the support function of the Fabrication Operations unit and follows routine administrative processes under general supervision, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Helps operate machine tools that cut, shape, and form metals and plastics according to the correct specifications. Maintains record of safety and compliance regulations for specialized computer and/or mechanically controlled machine tools to maintain a clean, safe working environment. Develops basic knowledge of strategies and techniques for operating specialized machinery to expand future capacity for new projects. Tracks diagnostics and quality control checks on all employees within routine tasks to ensure compliance and advance operational efficiency.
