Production Team Leader

Would you like to join us as a Butchery Team Leader? You will support the safe and effective running of the butchery area. You will lead a team on shift and make sure products are prepared to the right quality, safety, and performance standards. This role sits within the Team Leader job family and is a hands-on position in a fast-paced food production environment.,

• Lead and support the butchery team on shift.
• Set clear tasks and priorities for the team.
• Ensure products meet agreed quality and safety standards.
• Monitor product specification and raise issues when needed.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety controls are followed.
• Support the safe use of machinery and equipment.
• Help the team meet daily production targets.
• Complete required checks, records, and reports.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and well organised.
