Full Job Description
We are looking for Stores Operatives to join us at our site in Worcester. You will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing components and materials into kits for the production line. Working Pattern & Pay:
Shift is 7:00am - 7:30pm Thursday to Saturday on, a rest day on Sunday, then Monday to Wednesday on, and then seven days off.
Duties:
Accurately pick parts and materials according to production orders and bill of materials.
Prepare kits for production in line with scheduled demand
Ensure correct labelling, packaging, and traceability of all components
Carry out inventory checks and report stock discrepancies
Support cycle counts and stock rotation activities
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitting and stores area
