Production Shift Manager

We are looking for a relief Shift Manager to work in our Retail/sausage Department. You will be responsible for supporting various teams to produce high quality product to the required standards. Shift: 40hours per week (flexibility with day shifts and night shifts required)

• Great people management skills;
• Food Production experience;
• Self-motivated and able to motivate other members of the team;
• Troubleshooting - identify any issues ahead of them arising and take appropriate action
• Driven to achieve the production efficiency targets;
• Maintain high production quality and safety standards.
What you will need:
• Confidence and experience working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment;
• Demonstrate decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and verbal English.
