Experteer Overview As part of the Spares Production team, you will own coordinating materials, machines and people to keep production flowing smoothly. You will work in a growing, on-site team with development opportunities, contributing to efficient shop-floor planning. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and close collaboration with quality and other departments. This is a chance to impact on-time delivery and production performance within a world-leading aerospace supplier. Pay / Benefits

  • Develop and maintain detailed shop-floor schedules aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) Monitor production progress, identify risks or delays, and support recovery actions Analyze short-term load versus capacity and coordinate with team leads to address constraints Manage work orders lifecycle (release to completion) in the ERP system Ensure timely component availability and coordinate with relevant departments on shortages Adjust plans for non-conformances or quality issues in collaboration with Quality teams Maintain accurate planning and master data in the ERP system Tasks Strong knowledge of production planning and MRP2 principles (e.g. APICS) Experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (SAP preferred) Understanding of production processes and quality systems Analytical mindset with ability to manage priorities and solve problems quickly Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proactive, results-driven attitude and adaptability to change Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Word) Key requirements early finish on Friday 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays annual bonus and share scheme pension with up to 8% matched contributions life assurance at 4x salary onsite parking with EV chargers
