Due to high demand and the launch of new products we're looking for 2 x additional Production Operators to work within a busy manufacturing team.
You will be supporting the Production Department in all aspects of its operation (with training, movement between areas is actively encouraged in line with the needs of the business).
Operating soldering machines
Assembly of small components
Working to targets
The company will provide full on-the-job training to get you up to speed and then ongoing support to help you achieve your targets.
Hours of work are 38 Monday to Thursday (no Friday working), We will provide full on-the-job training to get you up to speed and then ongoing support to help you achieve your targets.

Must have some previous small component assembly experience.
Ideally have experience of machine soldering
Be a great team player who works well both alone and with others.
Have excellent attention to detail, with good eyesight and dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Be reliable and able to demonstrate a flexible approach.
Have a keen willingness to learn and gain new skill.

We are currently looking to recruit 2 x experienced Production Operatives to work with a major Market leader in their field in Newcastle upon Tyne.
