Full Job Description
- Assist experienced operators in operating rolling mills and related machinery.
- Monitor production processes according to production schedules and customer specifications and report any deviations or issues.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to maintain high quality standards.
- Participate in routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain product quality.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting is preferred but not mandatory. We encourage enthusiastic and motivated individuals to apply. - Basic understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and growing within the company.
