Production Operatives - Shift working are sought for a temporary role in Hindley, offering up to £15.87 per hour. This position suits those seeking long-term, stable employment within manufacturing. The structured rotating shift pattern includes paid annual leave, with eight paid shifts every four weeks. Duties involve hands-on production tasks on a well-established site. Candidates should demonstrate reliability and the ability to work within a close-knit team. Immediate starts are available for suitable applicants. The contract provides ongoing work rather than short-term cover, supported by Manpower UK. A safety-focused approach is essential for this shift-based opportunity., Working within a busy production area, you will:
- Operate high speed machinery producing rubber products
- Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Work towards daily production targets
- Complete physical and manual handling tasks
- Follow health andamp; safety procedures at all times
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not essential) - Good attention to detail
- A flexible approach to shift work
- A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong awareness of health andamp; safety
