Production Operatives Wanted - to start ASAP in Horsham! Shifts available Monday-Friday 2:15pm-10.00pm
Pay Rate: £13.51 per hour (rising to £13.77 after 12 weeks on site)
Overtime is on offer during busy periods.
We're hiring reliable, hardworking people to join our fast-paced teams in both their Final Assembly Green (FAG) team and PCB team. You will assemble and test finished products, follow SOPs, and maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assembly/production experience essential.
Key Tasks:
- Load & run machines
- Visual inspections
- Replenish reels
- Basic testing & fault finding
Must have:
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication Skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Team Player
Drug screening required before start
Additional Information
- This is a Temporary role; we are looking for candidates who can commit beyond short-term or seasonal work
