Description

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our valued and long-standing client, Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen, a leading food manufacturer based in Hull. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced food production environment offering ongoing work, full training and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Shift Patterns

You will work Monday to Friday on one of the following shifts:

• Morning Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm


• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Responsibilities

• Working on a food production line in a chilled environment


• Packing, weighing and labelling food products


• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards


• Reporting quality or production issues when identified


• Following food hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures


• Keeping your workstation clean, safe and organised


• Supporting the wider production team with general duties as required

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, packing or a similar environment would be beneficial, but is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who:

• Are comfortable working in a chilled production environment


• Have good attention to detail


• Are reliable and punctual


• Can work effectively as part of a team


• Are willing to learn and follow food safety and hygiene procedures
