- Location: St Leonards On Sea, East Sussex
- Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on skills and relevant experience)
- Type: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Key Requirements
- An interest or background in electronic, optical, or mechanical assembly (formal experience is beneficial, but transferable skills from hobbies, modelling, or fine craftwork are equally welcome).
- Excellent manual dexterity with a steady hand for fine, small-component work.
- Proficiency or comfort using hand tools, soldering irons, and basic test equipment.
- A methodical, well-organised approach with exceptional attention to detail.
