Production Operative - BCP

Encocam Ltd are searching for a dedicated and skilled Production Operative to join our Bespoke Composite Panels (BCP) division to work at our factory based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. BCP specialises in crafting advanced composite structures and panels designed for durability, precision, and performance across a wide variety of industries. They include Aerospace, Marine, Rail, Industrial Printing, and Automotive. Our products are engineered to meet unique specifications, making them ideal for applications requiring strength, lightweight construction, and versatility. • Operate, monitor and undertake cleaning, loading and unloading of machinery (e.g. heated press, industrial ovens, CNC routers etc)
• Assist in the production of vacuum and architectural products (training will be provided).
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, amongst other yard work (counterbalance forklift training is required) therefore heavy lifting will be required.
• Completion of routine department paperwork and adhering to administrative and quality and technical procedures. Understanding of computers is required.
• Any additional work identified as necessary for the smooth operation of the business.
