Production Operative

You will safely and efficiently operate production equipment to manufacture, blend and pack products in line with company recipes, specifications and operational standards. You will help maintain product quality, line performance, accurate documentation and compliance with food safety, quality and Health & Safety requirements.,

• Operate, set up and monitor automated and non-automated production lines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, work instructions, GMP standards and safe systems of work.
• Accurately weigh, dispense and handle raw ingredients in line with production requirements.
• Carry out product changeovers, cleaning, equipment strip-down and reassembly to required hygiene and food safety standards.
• Perform in-process quality checks and monitor product quality.
• Complete required documentation and SAP/system transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, HACCP, food safety, quality and Health & Safety compliance.
• Identify and report equipment issues.
  
  Senior Production Operative: suitable for candidates with previous production/operator experience, ideally including line leader or supervisory experience.
