Job Description
Guaranteed TEMP TO PERM position @ JZ Flowers - APPLY now!
What you will do:
- Full training will be given. Our client also has translators on site to help.
- You will help make and pack flowers.
- Put flowers, leaves, or decorations onto the production line.
- Make bouquets.
- Prepare flowers in glass jars or pots.
- Wrap bouquets.
- Put bouquets into boxes or buckets.
- Check that the bouquets are made correctly.
- Tell the Line Leader if something is wrong.
- Handle flowers carefully so they do not get damaged.
- Put the correct labels on flowers, plants, and packaging.
- Keep your work area clean and tidy.
- Follow customer instructions when packing flowers.
- Work safely and keep up with the production line.
Important information:
Our client does not have a Sponsor Licence, so we cannot offer visa sponsorship. You must have your own transport because of where we are located.

Shifts:
- Shift One: Sunday - Tuesday 10:00am - 10:00pm & Wednesday 2:30pm - 10:00pm (4 days, 23 days holiday including Bank Holiday)
- Shift Two: Wednesday 06:00 - 13:30 & Thursday - Saturday 06:00 - 18:00 (4 days, 23 days holiday including Bank Holiday)

- Overtime after 42.5 hours at 125%
- Unsociable hours between 00:00 and 06:00 at 15%
