Production Operative

Bicester, OX25 Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm Permanent No manufacturing experience? No problem. We'll teach you. We're looking for Production Operatives to join our team at Origin's modern powder-coating facility in Bicester. There are a variety of roles across our production process, from preparing products for painting and working on our paint line, through to rolling, taping and finishing. You don't need to know how to do any of this already - we'll provide the training you need. What we do need are people who are reliable, willing to learn and take pride in doing a good job. What you'll be doing Depending on where you work within the team, this could include:

• Preparing orders - picking and preparing aluminium ready for production
• Pre-treatment & paint line - preparing and powder coating our aluminium products
• Finishing - rolling, taping, assembling and preparing finished products
• Quality checking - making sure our products meet the standards our customers expect
  
  Previous manufacturing experience is welcome, but it isn't essential. We're looking for people who can:
• Be reliable and punctual - your team needs to know they can depend on you
• Work consistently and maintain quality throughout the shift
• Follow instructions and safe working practices
• Work well as part of a team
• Learn new tasks and be open to training across different areas
