Full Job Description

  • Assemble small, high-precision components
  • Follow technical drawings and instructions
  • Use hand tools and specialist equipment (full training provided)
  • Carry out quality inspections as part of your Production Operative role
  • Work to production targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

    This Production Operative role is particularly suited to candidates with strong precision-based skills, including experience in nail technology, eyelash treatments, sewing, knitting, crafts, retail environments, or other detail-oriented work., Strong attention to detail, essential for a Production Operative
  • Good manual dexterity and steady hands

  • Ability to work accurately and meet targets
  • Demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous roles, showing reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Previous Production Operative or production experience is beneficial but not essential
