Production Manager Sterile Services

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sterile Services Department, so that its personnel, plant and other resources are organised to meet the present and future needs of the Trust and other stakeholders, for the decontamination and sterilisation of surgical equipment., The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Experience of working in an accredited Sterile Services unit is preferable. However training will be offered to right candidate.,

• Track record of achieving high service standards and delivering objectives, Skilled in affective business planning to meet future national and local strategic requirements
• Experience of successfully leading and developing teams, with previous line management responsibility
• Skilled in product and service design, including data management
• Be able to manage and deliver project objectives
