Full Job Description
As a Production Manager, you will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will drive team performance and continuous improvement while maintaining operational excellence across safety, quality, and cost.,
- Manage daily production plans and activities
- Optimise workforce and production efficiency
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, and cost
- Ensure availability of materials and smooth operations
- Lead and develop production teams
- Monitor performance and budgets
- Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
Technical degree in engineering or related field - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Experience with lean methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, 5S, TPM)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results
- Analytical, organised, and results-driven mindset
