Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Production Demand Analyst who will be responsible for reviewing production against defined production KPI's, understanding areas where KPI's were not met, and initiate reviews to identify areas of process improvement. This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our Global Manufacturing Department. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate demand capture through the Intercompany planning process by reviewing outputs to ensure they are realistic and replenishment-driven. They will collaborate with local site based manufacturing planners to review demand, capacity and material supply, proactively identifying and mitigating shortages or bottlenecks that may lead to production delays.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in demand planning, production planning, or a related role in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in demand planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, demand forecasting software)
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of production KPIs and best practices in demand planning Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Intersurgical Group's operations
- Experience working in the medical devices industry Key Skills:
