Production Coordinator - BBC Studios Entertainment Development

Are you an organised, proactive Production Management Assistant looking for your first opportunity as a Production Coordinator in Entertainment Development? We're seeking a Production Coordinator to support our Entertainment Development Labels, helping bring creative ideas to life and supporting projects from pitch to commission. Location: Television Centre, London (4 days in the office, 1-day WFH) Contract: 16th September - 24th December 2026, with the potential to extend through to March 2027 (Full-time) We're looking for someone with experience in:

• Setting up small shoots and tasters
• Booking crew and sourcing locations
• Creating call sheets
• Media and asset management
• Help researching development ideas
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting pitches, meetings, and fast-paced development teams
This is a fantastic opportunity for a PMA / Production Secretary or junior coordinator to develop their skills and join a passionate team at the heart of entertainment development and help shape the next generation of hit shows.
