Full Job Description
- Complete daily tasks with the support of your Team Leader
- Learn to operate high-tech manufacturing equipment and achieve required wafer output
- Follow production change procedures and adhere to all cleanroom and safety practices
- Complete documentation and enter transactions into the Factory Works system
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English - Methodical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a proactive mindset
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and wearing cleanroom PPE Beneficial Experience
- Previous experience in a production or factory environment
- Cleanroom experience
- Mechanical or technical experience with machines or tools
