Product Specialist

You will

• Support the delivery and evolution of high-quality digital products Collaborate with global users, vendors, and internal teams to drive product excellence Translate business needs into actionable product outcomes Configure and maintain systems, manage upgrades, and support testing Provide support and training to staff and students Help build a product-driven culture across the university, We value diversity and strive to create a fairer, more equitable work environment for our staff and students.

What we are looking for:
