Full Job Description

This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career as a Product Quality Engineer who will be responsible for enabling production to maintain and improve quality, cost & delivery performance through Quality support and approval of standard operating procedures.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
+ Owning product quality
+ Interacting with and liaising with customers
+ Publishing and monitoring yield performance in line with agreed KPI's
+ Quality lead for contract reviews / production readiness reviews / build reviews
+ Reviewing concessions / emails / engineering change notes ensuring compliance to procedures prior to job hold release to production
+ Approving Standard Operating Procedures, suitability of jigs and visual inspection aids
+ Verifying and approving changes to process
+ Utilising Lean Manufacturing techniques and quality tools
+ Leading quality improvement activities
+ Performing yield analysis and identifying/leading CI projects

We are seeking a candidate with a degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline with PCBA experience.

This role is a full time permanent contract, working 4.5 days per week, and is based at our site in Hook, Hampshire.
