- Drive the strategic direction of our protection and automation portfolio
- Influence the future of power system technology
- Lead innovation in digital substation solutions
- Shape the roadmap for next-generation protection systems
- Define product strategy across transmission, distribution, and industrial applications
- Lead full product lifecycle management
- Drive innovation through cross-functional collaboration
- Engage with key customers and industry partners
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Champion product perfection and customer satisfaction
Electrical Engineering background (degree or equivalent experience preferred) - Some experience in power systems/electrical equipment industry
- Deep understanding of protection relay technologies
- Solid understanding of utility operations and substation automation
- Perfection in analytical thinking and strategic planning Ideal Additions
- Experience with IEC 61850 and digital substations
- Background with utilities, OEMs, or EPCs
- Ability to translate technical complexity into customer value
- Industry network and market insight
