On this graduate programme, you'll rotate across our Product Planning teams, helping shape the vehicles, offers and strategies behind some of the world's most desirable automotive brands. From future product decisions to sales performance and market trends, you'll gain valuable experience at the heart of our commercial business.

Tactical
Turn strategy into results. You'll help develop and evaluate a range of competitive incentive campaigns that drive customer demand, support sales performance and deliver commercial success for all of our brands.
Sales Planning & Supply
Join the team that keeps our business moving. You'll support sales planning, forecasting and supply management, ensuring the right vehicles are available at the right time. Working with international factory colleagues, you'll manage logistics planning and enhance data visibility to power Brand decisions.
What do you need?
We're looking for people with curiosity and drive to succeed and who seek out opportunities to learn, develop and stretch themselves. If you share that desire and want to be a part of our success, you're a good match. You'll need to hold or be working towards a degree in any discipline. We are particularly keen to receive applications from students with a passion for interpreting complex information and communicating trends and outcomes to multiple stakeholders.
We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and wouldn't want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we require our graduates to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office. You'll also need to have the right to work in the UK.
What's in it for you?
As a Graduate, you'll start on a 31,800 salary. You'll also receive 27 days' holiday plus bank holidays, access to our car schemes, pension scheme, a range of flexible benefits, employee well-being support, an on-site restaurant, cycle to work scheme and shopping/entertainment discounts.
What's the assessment process?
Our graduate recruitment process is designed to enable you to show us your true abilities. Once you've applied, you'll be asked to complete numerical and situational judgement tests. If successful, you'll be invited to an online video interview so we can get to know you. The final step will be attending a face-to-face assessment centre in early 2027, where you will take part in activities based on real-life tasks. You'll also have the chance to meet some of our managers and current graduate cohort. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after and will join in September 2027.
If you're ready to charge up your career, apply now. To avoid disappointment, submit your application as soon as possible, as we reserve the right to close the vacancy early if a high volume of applications is received. Once closed, we cannot consider further applications.
We are driven by difference
With six big brands under one roof, each with its own history, designs, and innovations, we've created some of the world's most iconic vehicles, from luxury sports cars to family camper vans. Here, you'll discover opportunities, explore ideas, and tackle challenges that you won't find anywhere else. It takes a range of teams to make the Group successful. We all share the same aim: to deliver sustainable mobility for generations to come, while keeping the customer and their changing demands at the heart of everything we do.
There has never been a more exciting time to join our industry as it undergoes its biggest transformation in over 100 years. With digitalisation, electrification, and driverless mobility coming to market, we're actively looking for people with new skills, knowledge, and outlooks. A brave new world demands brave, new, diverse people; so whatever your background, we would love to hear from you. We recognize that different perspectives and thought processes are vital as our industry goes through an exciting period of change.
