K E Y R E Q U I R E M E N T S Experience - Minimum of 5 years' experience as a product photographer ideally within e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer retail, leading photography for product or campaign shoots. Campaign & mentoring track record - Proven experience helping organise and shoot large-scale campaigns, with a track record of mentoring photography assistants or junior team members. Portfolio. Strong body of work spanning product, lifestyle, and campaign photography across e-commerce and print. Studio skills. Proven ability to set up and manage a studio independently - lighting, backdrops, tethering, and camera equipment. Editing skills. Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (or equivalent) for image editing and retouching.
Leadership. Confident briefing, directing, and managing freelancers, assistants, or junior team members on shoot days. Organisation. Able to manage multiple shoot schedules, deadlines, and stakeholders at once. Marketplace knowledge. Understanding of Amazon and marketplace image specifications and requirements. Collaboration.
