Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Your missionWe're looking for a detail-oriented Product Owner to transform business strategy into clear, deliverable outcomes across our subscription and recurring revenue platforms.Based in our Watford office, this role will take ownership of platforms that support contractual B2B printing services and our B2C subscription offerings. Working alongside a team of Product Owners and platform specialists, you'll gather and refine business requirements, produce functional specifications, and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements and new capabilities. This is a business-facing role within a largely automated environment, ideally suited to someone who enjoys translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Due to the
complexity of the platforms, you'll receive ongoing mentoring and support from a Senior Platform Specialist, together with dedicated training and knowledge transfer to help you build expertise and confidence in the role. Please note: This is not a software development role. The focus is on requirements gathering, business analysis, specification writing, stakeholder management, and product delivery rather than coding. What you will do: Requirements Gathering & Product DefinitionGather and analyse business and user requirementsTranslate requirements into user stories, workflows, and functional specificationsEnsure requirements are clearly defined, understood, and aligned with business objectivesBacklog Management & RefinementMaintain a prioritised, delivery-ready backlogDefine acceptance criteria, identify dependencies and business valueIdentify gaps, risks, and dependencies to support successful deliveryRoadmap Support & Execution AlignmentSupport product roadmap planning and
prioritisationPrepare and refine requirements for upcoming development cyclesWork closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goalsDelivery Collaboration & Sprint SupportParticipate in Agile ceremonies and provide requirements clarificationSupport development and testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycleEnsure requirements remain aligned from concept through to releaseStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders and end usersGather feedback, identify opportunities, and provide recommendationsCommunicate priorities, progress, and changes clearly and effectivelyQuality, Validation & Continuous ImprovementSupport testing and user acceptance activitiesLeverage user feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvementContribute to the ongoing enhancement of platform capabilities and business processes What we ask for: Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar business-facing
role supporting digital platformsStrong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Experience working in Agile environments, including Jira, user stories, and backlog management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office applications and Power BIExperience working within an international business environment Understanding of subscription-based, recurring revenue, or contractual business models is highly desirableFluent English, written and spoken MS Dynamics or payment platform experience is advantageous We are keen to hear from you even if you don't match all listed requirements, but you identify with our brand and passion for innovation.
