Full Job Description

Own, refine and prioritise the product backlog, including clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Translate business and stakeholder requirements into deliverable technical requirements for the engineering team.
Balance new features with regulatory requirements, operational stability, performance improvements and technical debt.
Work closely with marketing stakeholders around campaign performance, analytics, digital marketing integration and engagement initiatives.
Define and communicate product priorities, roadmap and delivery strategy.
Partner with data engineers, architects and technology teams delivering Azure-based data solutions.

Strong experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst working with data platforms.
Excellent backlog management, prioritisation, user story and acceptance criteria experience.
Experience working with Azure-based data platforms, ideally including:
Good understanding of data engineering concepts and the ability to work effectively with engineers and architects.
Experience balancing functional requirements with operational, security, risk and compliance requirements.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing competing business and technology priorities.
Experience within financial services, banking or another complex regulated enterprise environment.
Exposure to marketing data, campaign analytics, digital marketing integrations or customer data would be highly beneficial.
