Experteer Overview In this role you lead the CTSE product team to enable external suppliers in Amgen's global clinical trials. You define strategy, roadmap, and operating model to deliver secure, compliant, scalable, and user-focused supplier technologies. You partner across GDO, Enterprise Technology, Security, Digital Workplace, and supplier networks to drive value for FSPs, Fully Outsourced Studies, and Supplier Management. You will transform supplier-facing tech, manage risk, and measure impact with KPIs. This is a chance to shape how external partners support trials at scale. Pay / Benefits
- Define the CTSE product vision, strategy, and roadmap Lead delivery and continuous improvement of supplier-facing technology for FSP and outsourced studies Build partnerships across business, technology, security, and supplier leaders Foster Agile delivery, innovation, automation, and operational excellence within the team Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory, and EA requirements for supplier tech Drive secure collaboration, B2B connectivity, digital workspace, and supplier identity capabilities Lead technology transformation and change initiatives affecting global suppliers Establish and monitor product KPIs (adoption, experience, quality, value) Manage technology risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations Represent CTSE in strategic planning, portfolio governance, and investment decisions Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to improve productivity and UX Tasks Degree educated and relevant experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Information Systems, Digital Product Management, or related field Strong understanding of clinical development and external supplier models (CROs, labs, imaging, logistics) Experience leading global technology products and Agile teams with measurable business value Strategic, collaborative, customer-focused, and business-aware with ability to balance value, risk, and constraints People leadership, executive influencing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience balancing business needs with security, regulatory, and third-party risk; knowledge of cloud, APIs, digital workplace, secure collaboration, and identity technologies Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives, budgets, vendors, and priorities Practical experience with SAFe or similar; familiarity with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Power BI, DevOps, automation, AI tools, and product analytics (advantageous) Experience with supplier onboarding, governance, third-party risk, and platforms like Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Island Browser Certifications such as SAFe POPM, CSPO, ITIL, or Business Analysis are a plus Key requirements opportunities for growth and development diverse and inclusive culture generous total rewards plan covering health, finance, work/life balance, and career benefits
