Oversee enterprise data products, analytics/insight platforms, productivity measurement, dashboards, SDLC tools (GitHub, Jira, Harness, SonarQube), Google Cloud Platform, data warehouses, AI/Copilot/engineering intelligence, and customer feedback platforms.
- Define product strategy and roadmaps for analytics and engineering productivity tools.
- Generate actionable insights and communicate findings through compelling storytelling.
- Manage product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and enablement of self-service analytics.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform product and business decisions.
- Engage and influence stakeholders, including senior executives and CIOs, without direct authority.
- Manage relationships with SaaS providers and drive best practices in product and platform usage.
- Translate complex data into business outcomes for Engineering Platform and CIO stakeholders.
