Product Owner

The Product Owner is central to shaping, delivering and refining digital products that bring our pet care ecosystem to life whilst driving revenue, generating profit and importantly providing our customers with everything they need to care for their pet/s. Acting as the voice of both our customers and our business, you will translate insight, data and stakeholder ambition into a clear quarterly roadmap, ensuring every increment supports our strategy of creating a better world for pets and the people who love them. You will partner closely with colleagues across UX, UI, Engineering, Data, Commercial and Operations, championing collaborative, agile practices that balance consumer delight, commercial return and platform stability. Resilience, curiosity and a willingness to challenge constructively are vital, enabling you can navigate ambiguity, pivot quickly and keep teams focused on delivering high-value outcomes. The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire, and we'll look for you to attend the office for a minimum of two days per week (including Tuesdays). What you'll be doing

• Driving product discovery and delivery, from insight to launch
• Focusing on features that attract and convert customers through digital channels
• Collaborating with Digital Marketing, UX, Design and Engineering teams
• Managing backlogs, sequencing releases, writing user stories and setting clear priorities
• Measuring success, iterating fast and delivering continuous improvement
  
  Are you a seasoned Product Owner who's just as comfortable talking SEO and PPC as you are user journeys and sprint planning? If you're a jack-of-all-digital-trades with a passion for customer attraction and engagement, we've got something special for you., Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar digital product role within a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage product roadmaps, prioritise backlogs and deliver measurable commercial and customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence in interpreting data, customer insight and financial metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, UX/UI, Commercial) and facilitating collaborative discovery and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the resilience to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change and constructively challenge established thinking.
