We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Product Marketing Planner to join our growing Marketing team in the fast-paced, global, motorcycle industry. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about market trends, strategic planning, and product lifecycle management.
As the Product Marketing Planner, you will play a key role in planning product milestone gateways, coordinating product lifecycle reviews, and delivering actionable market intelligence that supports strategic decision-making across Product Development, Marketing, and Sales. By analysing global market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and broader industry dynamics, you will help shape future product and business strategies while ensuring products progress effectively through each stage of the development lifecycle., Plan, coordinate, and monitor product milestone gateways throughout the product development lifecyclePrepare and facilitate product lifecycle management (PLM) reviews to ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and timelinesConduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and industry developmentsMonitor and analyse competitor products, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategiesGather, interpret, and present market intelligence to support strategic business planningDevelop reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate key market insights to stakeholdersPartner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership to translate insights into actionable business strategiesSupport product portfolio planning by identifying market opportunities and potential risksAnalyse sales performance and market data to evaluate product success and recommend improvementsMaintain awareness of global motorcycle industry
developments, regulations, and technological advancementsContribute to strategic planning sessions with evidence-based recommendations
Essential

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataExperience in global market research, business analysis, product planning, or market intelligenceExcellent organisational and project planning skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience producing reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with a proactive and collaborative approach
