Product Marketing Manager

How you'll make a difference

As Product Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategy that connects customer insight, compelling propositions and high-performing marketing to drive acquisition, conversion and retention.

You'll define the product marketing strategy for savings and direct-to-consumer mortgages, turning business priorities and customer insight into clear, effective plans. Working closely with Campaigns, Product, Media, SEO and Digital teams, you'll make sure our products resonate with the right audiences and that every touchpoint supports a simple, joined-up customer journey.

You'll use performance data to improve digital funnels, increase quality traffic and maximise return on marketing investment. You'll also ensure activity meets relevant financial-services standards and help create an open, inclusive and high-performing culture where colleagues can do their best work.

Proven experience marketing savings, mortgages or other financial products.

-Strong digital marketing knowledge across SEO, paid media, content and email.

-A track record of improving customer acquisition, conversion and retention through insight-led activity.

-Confident analytical and commercial judgement, including campaign optimisation and ROI management.

-Knowledge of financial-services regulation and how it applies to customer marketing.

-Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project-delivery skills.

-An inclusive leadership style, with the ability to coach, connect and deliver through others.
