This is a key role within our product organisation, owning the roadmap and delivery of high-impact, data-driven B2B tools used by some of the world's most influential businesses. This is a Hybrid role which can be positioned anywhere in the UK. The role may require travel to our head office in London Strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for data, product strategy, and client experience-particularly in the enterprise B2B space. You'll be shaping solutions at the intersection of compensation, people strategy, user experience, and market insight. Preferred Experience Extensive experience in product management or a similar role focused on data-centric B2B software Track record of building and delivering client-facing digital products, ideally with experience supporting enterprise clients Comfort working directly with customers, including client workshops, roadmap presentations, and feedback sessions Technically confident-you can engage engineers, understand data models, and break down complex issues without needing to code
