Full Job Description
- Work closely with the front-end product manager in the LendX team to deliver their target customer experience vision leveraging our market leading technology platforms.
- Own the strategy and vision for our marketing and existing customer lending platforms, whilst collaborating closely with other platform owners e.g. credit decisioning to deliver the short and long-term business strategy.
- Support a bank-wide single customer view to power our customer engagement strategies.
- Day to day delivery of the LendX back-end roadmap owning quarterly OKRs and outcomes that enable the strategy.
- Close collaboration with all product areas within Zopa to manage prioritisation of key lending outcomes for existing customers across all areas of the business.
- Build close relationships with key stakeholders such as all Product areas, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations & Finance to collaborate on improving payments processing.
You bring strong experience in a product role. Ideally this experience will be UK lending focused at a Fintech, or consumer facing Financial Institution. - You're passionate about Product and comfortable working in an Agile product team environment.
- Ideally you have Product experience with lending platforms and / or CRM platforms.
- You are excited by Zopa's journey that we're on and full of ideas to help us continue to grow.
- You're outcomes focused and highly proactive. You take ownership of the product's success, including where this goes beyond your immediate remit.
- You have experience acting as a leader in cross-functional teams. When you think about who your "team mates" are, your "go-to" would be engineering, product peers and wider business stakeholders.
