Product Manager (Leadership) - Risk

We're building the frameworks, tooling, and culture that embed responsible data practices into every product decision across the company.You'll operate at the intersection of product strategy, regulatory complexity, and engineering at scale. You'll own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces - driving clarity where there is none, influencing cross-functional partners across the organisation, and setting the standard for how Meta meets its obligations with increasing efficiency and craft. translate external requirements into scalable product solutions., 2. defining success, prioritizing problems and identifying the best strategies, considering wider organizational and company context. Adapt and adjust your strategies to reflect learnings and changes in context
3. Identify and drive consensus for how to prioritize and realize the most significant opportunities in your product area. Identify when to stop as well as when to start investment
4. Work with a cross-functional team to define a product vision, develop a roadmap and drive progress against goals and milestones and resolve challenges and blockers, whilst improving team health and improving the effectiveness of the team
5. Actively identify opportunities and resolve dependencies by creating shared strategies across teams in adjacent product areas
6. Gather and analyze user research and market analysis to inform product decisions and influence the wider product organization
7. Influence strategy and progress across partner functions, enhancing collaboration and resolving divergent goals
8. Communicate product strategy and progress with clear and concise communication to all stakeholders
9. Support the growth of other PMs and cross-functional team members by providing mentorship and coaching

10. 12+ years of experience in Product Management
11. 12+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
12. 5+ years experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders identifying and hiring the right talent to build a cross-functional team
13. Demonstrated experience in communication, bringing extreme clarity to complex messages
14. Extensive understanding in analyzing large scale, complex data sets and making effective decisions based on data
15. Demonstrated experience in communication, bringing clear and concise communication of complex messages to technical and non-technical stakeholders to complex messages
16. Experience presenting to senior executive audiences

17. Experience in Risk, Trust, Compliance, or similar fields
18. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
19. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
20. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
